Transnet Long Distance Cards work with your existing cellular plan, on any cellular network, and on any landline telephone (business phone, phonebooth, hotel room phones, friends and family phones etc…)

Every time you use your Transnet Card, you will hear automatic announcements about your "current dollar account balance" and the "time remaining" each time you make a call. You will always know when to recharge your account and how many minutes you have during your call to the Domestic or International destination you just dialed.

At the end of each call press # to initiate another call, or hang up.

Please note that complete instructions are printed on the back of every Card for ease of reference and use.
  Activate Activate your Transnet Long Distance Card

Purchase your first Transnet Long Distance Card at your local Canadian Truck-Stop.

  • Refer to the back of your Transnet Card:
  • Scratch the 'AUTHORIZATION CODE'
  • Follow the brief and easy "Account Activation: New Customers" instructions.
  • Using your cellular phone, dial the easy "Account Activation: New Customers" phone number.
  • Follow the voice prompts, and in just seconds your cellular phone is Activated on your Transnet Long Distance Card account.
  • The automated system will provide you with a PIN. Be sure to record the PIN in the space provided on the Card back. For your convenience, and ease of use, your PIN will always remain the same when you recharge your Card.
  • This process will automatically assign your cellular phone number, to your Transnet Card, as your Primary (or main) phone number.

It's that easy to Activate your cellular phone number.


  Recharge your Transnet Long Distance Card balance.

Purchase your additional Transnet Mobile Card at your local Canadian Truck-Stop.

  • Refer to the back of your Transnet Card:
  • Scratch the 'AUTHORIZATION CODE'
  • Follow the brief and easy "Account Recharge: Existing Customers" instructions.
  • Using your cellular phone, dial the "Recharge" phone number.
  • Follow the voice prompts, and in just seconds your Transnet Card balance is recharged.
  • As you follow the quick and easy prompts, the balance on your new card will be applied to your existing Card. This is done so that your PIN number will never change. For your convenience, and ease of use, your PIN will always remain the same.
  • Re-record your existing PIN number, on your new Card or just keep your existing Card with your PIN number already recorded.

It is important to note know that multiple Cards can be purchased at one time, and can be used to recharge your Account balance, to the dollar value you require, all at one convenient time! Handy for those who will be on extensive travels, away from their home region, and will require more long distance calling.


  Add Up To 7 Additional Phone Numbers

Up to 7 additional phone numbers can be added to your Card, to make a total of 8 Activated phone numbers per account…your residential and business lines, spouse's cellular phone, other family members' cellular phones, college or university student personal lines…you decide upon the lines you want to activate to save on all long distance calls.

  • Decide upon the up to 7 additional phone numbers you would like to Activate
  • Refer to the back of your Transnet Card:
  • Follow the brief and easy "Activate Up To 7 Additional Numbers, Change Activated Phone Numbers" instructions.
  • Dial the phone number provided on the Card back, and let our Customer Service personnel guide you from there
